Delivery, Returns & Exchanges
Delivery:
– Your orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. (Delivery times may vary for some special products. You can see the delivery times of the products on the product detail pages.)
Returns and Exchanges:
– All products sold on our website are made to order and returns are not accepted. This statement is clearly stated on the product detail pages.
– There is NO right to return or exchange for products that have been tried on and purchased from our store.
– You can change the size and model once within 7 days from the date you receive the product.
– To create a change request, you must send an e-mail to degisim@newarrivals.co , stating the reason for the change. Be sure to include your Name - Surname and order code in the e-mail header.
– Products sent via e-mail without a change request will NOT BE CHANGED.
– Your change request will be answered via e-mail. Our Yurtiçi Kargo customer code will be sent to you along with our head office address information for the change.
– If you want to send your package with a different cargo company other than Yurtiçi Kargo, all shipping costs are your responsibility.
– You can deliver your package to the nearest Yurtiçi Kargo branch by entering the Yurtiçi Kargo customer code that you received via e-mail. Please have your tracking number with you.
– Once the products we receive are reviewed for compliance with the exchange conditions and your exchange request is approved, the new product will be sent back to you free of charge.
– Exchanges of your online orders are NOT accepted in the store.
– Products that do not meet the exchange conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back with a cash on delivery fee.
Exchange Conditions:
– The change is made only once. It cannot be changed a second time.
– Products that have been used, have lost their originality and do not have any labels on them will not be exchanged.
– Products that are damaged due to use (torn, deformed, broken, etc.) are not accepted for exchange.
– Products that have been tried on while wearing strong-smelling perfumes or deodorants that may leave marks will not be exchanged.
– If all products are included, exchanges will not be made for free or promotional items sent as part of the order. In order to exchange any product in a set, all products in the set must be sent together. They will not be exchanged separately. If a single product in a set is sent, New Arrivals will not accept the exchange and will only exchange the product if all products are sent.
– The package is the responsibility of the customer until it reaches the exchange address. New Arrivals assumes no responsibility for packages that are damaged or lost during shipping. Please make sure that your shipments are well packaged and sent with a trackable, insured company.
